1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are handcrafted and undergo energy adjustment and meticulous polishing. Therefore, the usual processing time is 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- For specially customized handmade jewelry, additional production time may be required. The specific timeframe will be communicated upon order confirmation.
2. Shipping Destinations
- We offer worldwide shipping, covering North America, Europe, Asia, and other major regions.
- Some areas may be restricted due to logistics limitations. If shipping is unavailable to your location, our customer support team will contact you.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We collaborate with reliable global shipping partners and provide the following shipping options:

4. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 USD qualify for free worldwide shipping. For orders below $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
- Express & Expedited Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.
- Duties & Import Taxes are not included in the order amount (see “Customs Duties & Import Taxes” section).
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
- The destination country may impose customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot control or estimate these fees.
- Before making a purchase, please check with your local customs office to avoid unexpected charges and delivery delays.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your order via our website or the shipping provider’s website.
- If your tracking information is not updated or your package is delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
7. Shipping Risks & Liability
- We ensure every item undergoes strict quality inspection before shipping and collaborate with reliable carriers.
- However, delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., pandemics, weather conditions, customs clearance delays) are beyond our control. We will coordinate with the shipping provider to minimize disruptions.
- If your package is lost or has not been delivered within 30 days of shipment, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim or reshipping your order.
8. Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, re-shipping fees will apply.
- If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery or multiple failed attempts, we offer the following solutions:
- Reshipment (additional shipping fees apply).
- Refund (only the product cost will be refunded; shipping fees are non-refundable).
9. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Once an order is confirmed, we immediately begin production, so we do not accept arbitrary cancellations or modifications.
- If your order is still in the “Processing” status, you may contact customer support within 24 hours of placing the order to request changes or cancellation.
- Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
10. Important Notices
- Since all products are handmade, slight variations in color and natural patterns may occur. These are normal and not considered defects, and therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
- If an order is affected by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political issues, pandemic restrictions), we will communicate any delays with the customer but will not be responsible for additional compensation.
